Photography, mentoring, travel updates — plus what I’ve been building with AI.
🕒5-Minute Read
Greetings, everybody,
This month I’m trying out a slightly new format for my newsletter — just sharing a few updates on what’s been going on lately.
Nothing too heavy — just life, work, and the ongoing challenge of staying consistent with these letters. Writing down your thoughts, organizing them, and actually finding the time is harder than it looks. But it’s become one of my non-negotiables, so here we are.
Photography
Still busy shooting properties — real estate, architecture, and interior design — plus a lot of drone work on commercial projects. I spend a lot of time on the road, which means plenty of podcasts, so no complaints there.
One change: I’m slowly bringing family portraits back into the mix. I used to do a lot of them on weekends, but over the years, I pulled back to focus on property work. Recently, a few friends reached out, and I realized how much I’ve missed seeing their families grow beyond the occasional Facebook post. It’s been great to reconnect, and I’m looking forward to doing more.
The Photography Space
My photographer mentorship program is gaining momentum. I’ve been sharing videos on the Instagram channel, connecting with photographers across the country, and getting fantastic feedback.
Teaching has always been in the back of my mind — even back in college, I thought about pursuing it. I love the idea of sharing knowledge in a field I’m passionate about, then having the flexibility to travel and create art in the off-time.
Now, 20 years into running my business, I’m revisiting that goal. Whether it’s through Zoom, phone calls, or in-person sessions, mentoring photographers is incredibly rewarding.
Web & Branding Work
Alongside photography, I’m still helping clients with their websites. A recent example: a woman found me online with a DIY Squarespace site. In a two-hour session, we gave it the “zip” it needed, and now her business is up and running beautifully. Quick, impactful projects like that are some of my favorites.

That’s also where my Personal Branding Club comes in — helping people adapt their online presence to today’s market so they don’t get left behind.

Have You Vibe-Coded Yet?
If you haven’t explored AI tools like ChatGPT, you might be missing out. Whether you love it or hate it, AI is moving fast — and I’d rather learn to use it than get left behind.
Vibe coding is creating an app or web app without traditional coding — just by telling the AI what you want it to do. I’m currently experimenting with one myself. More on that soon.
Travel
It’s been a great year so far: Miami, Spain, Portugal, and a recent trip to the Tampa area (beautiful as always). Next up could be Chicago, New York, and maybe even the south of France — but that’s another story for another time.
Mindset
With so much going on in the world, I’m focused on taking care of myself, my family, and my friends. The future feels uncertain, but I’m doing my best to keep an open mind and take each day as it comes.
Thanks for reading. If you ever need help with photography, mentoring, branding, or websites — you know where to find me.
Have a great day,
Tony
